One-Time Digital Calculations and Reports

One-time preliminary calculations, generated reports, investor-ready summaries, scenario comparisons, and other digital deliverables may be non-refundable once delivered, unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.

Because digital services can be accessed immediately, ordering a one-time product may waive cancellation rights to the extent permitted by law.

Expert-Assisted Reviews

Expert-assisted review fees may be non-refundable once work has begun or a deliverable has been prepared. If a request cannot be fulfilled, LandeVision may offer a refund, credit, revised scope, or alternative delivery at its discretion.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscription cancellation stops future renewals according to the cancellation process available at the time. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior billing periods or usage already provided.

No retroactive cancellation is provided unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Failed Payments and Duplicate Charges

Failed payments may result in paused access, retry attempts, or cancellation. If a duplicate charge occurs, contact support with billing details so it can be reviewed.

Refunds required by law will be honored.

Discretionary Refunds

LandeVision may offer refunds or credits at its discretion. Offering a refund in one situation does not obligate LandeVision to offer the same result in another.
