Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LandeVision, you agree to these Terms. If you use LandeVision on behalf of a company or client, you represent that you have authority to do so.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

Description of Service

LandeVision provides preliminary land feasibility screening, calculators, scenario assumptions, risk prompts, educational resources, lead capture, and report-oriented workflows for real estate development analysis.

Outputs may include estimated unit count, buildable square footage, sitework cost, hard cost, soft costs, total investment, revenue, net profit, ROI, sensitivity ranges, risks, and suggested professional verification steps.

Accounts and Responsibility

If accounts, saved reports, teams, or subscriptions are added, you are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy, rights, and legality of all data, parcel details, assumptions, files, and messages you submit.

Preliminary Feasibility Only

LandeVision outputs are preliminary estimates based on user-provided data, assumptions, default models, and available workflows. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific site.

LandeVision does not provide legal, zoning, engineering, architectural, tax, accounting, securities, financial, investment, appraisal, lending, or official government advice or determinations.

No Guarantees

No LandeVision output guarantees permitting approval, rezoning, entitlement approval, utility availability, environmental clearance, financing approval, sales price, rent, absorption, profit, ROI, tax treatment, or project success.

You must verify all assumptions with local planning and zoning departments, civil engineers, zoning attorneys, architects, surveyors, environmental consultants, lenders, tax advisors, and other licensed professionals.

Payments, One-Time Purchases, and Subscriptions

LandeVision may offer free features, one-time digital purchases, expert-assisted reviews, downloadable reports, investor-ready summaries, document preparation assistance, subscriptions, and other paid products.

One-time purchases may include a preliminary calculation, downloadable report, scenario comparison, expert-assisted review, lender or investor memo preparation, or other digital service.

Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled and may include plan limits, saved scenarios, report history, advanced assumptions, discounted expert review, team workflows, or export-ready reports.

Cancellation, Refunds, and Digital Delivery

You may cancel future subscription renewals according to the cancellation process available at the time of purchase. Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior billing periods unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Completed one-time digital services, generated reports, expert reviews, and delivered materials may be non-refundable once delivered, unless required by law or stated otherwise. LandeVision may offer refunds at its discretion.

Pricing, included features, and usage limits may change prospectively. Changes will not reduce already-delivered one-time digital reports.

Acceptable Use

You may not use LandeVision unlawfully, abuse the service, scrape at scale, reverse engineer the platform, interfere with operations, upload data you do not have rights to use, or present LandeVision outputs as official legal, zoning, engineering, or government determinations.

You may not resell outputs as official professional reports unless clearly labeled as preliminary and supplemented by appropriate licensed professional review.

Intellectual Property and User Content

LandeVision and its software, design, content, workflows, branding, and documentation are owned by LandeVision or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the service under these Terms.

You retain rights to project data you submit. You grant LandeVision a license to process, store, analyze, display, and use that data to provide the service, improve product functionality, maintain security, and support your requests.

Third-Party Services and Data

LandeVision may integrate with analytics, payment processors, mapping providers, parcel data vendors, AI providers, email providers, and other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

If AI or external parcel data is used in future versions, outputs may contain errors, omissions, stale information, or hallucinated interpretations and must be independently verified.

Availability, Modifications, and Termination

LandeVision may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, limits, or access. We may terminate or restrict access for violation of these Terms, legal risk, nonpayment, abuse, or security concerns.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandeVision is not liable for lost profits, failed acquisitions, permitting outcomes, financing outcomes, investment losses, indirect damages, or decisions made based on platform outputs.

You agree to indemnify LandeVision from claims arising from your data, assumptions, misuse of outputs, violation of law, or violation of these Terms.

Disputes will be handled under the applicable laws and venue designated by LandeVision.com in its final commercial terms for the relevant paid product or service.
