Subscription Terms

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically at the billing interval selected during purchase until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges for the selected plan and applicable taxes or fees.

Plan Limits and Features

Plans may include limits on calculations, saved scenarios, report exports, team seats, project history, support, expert review discounts, or advanced assumptions.

Subscription access does not guarantee development outcomes, permitting outcomes, financing, profit, ROI, or professional approval.

Cancellation and Access

You may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation workflow available at the time. Cancellation is not retroactive and does not automatically refund previous billing periods.

Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Some saved data, export history, or team features may become unavailable after cancellation.

Price Changes and Trials

Pricing, included features, usage limits, and plan names may change prospectively. If free trials are offered later, trial terms will be presented at signup.

Failed payments may result in retries, paused access, downgrade, or cancellation.
